Richard Kelly, Esquire has for 32 years represented clients in a variety of legal matters related to municipal law, family law, real estate, wills and estates, personal injury, civil and criminal litigation. He has been practicing law for over thirty years in the Monmouth County area as Municipal Prosecutor. He has also defended hundreds of Municipal Court cases both for private clients and as Public Defender.
